Why me?

So Sanjaya left. YAY!!

I almost finished my sociology paper. YAY!!

I still haven't started on my English paper. BOO!!

I've got to listen to World Soccer Daily. It is truly like crack.

OH The Yankees have no pitching, but what's new.

and why can't I learn to use capital letters?

seriously.  I just finished my book critique for sociology, just because I wanted to listen to the Beatdown without distractions. What is my problem?

Plus now that I'm finished I can watch the Ultimate Fighter without interruption.

On a side note, I don't actually know how to write a book critique so I'm pretty sure I just failed this. And it's 30% of my grade. WTF? She totally left us hanging with this one. I hope I made a 100 on the last test; I'm gonna need it.

You'll be happy to know that I've begun to write my paper. It actually has facts in it. I read up on the poem last night and on Sylvia Plath. She was a very complex individual. Anyways, here's what I got so far.

[...The speaker is a woman named Lady Lazarus; the name is a direct reference to Lazarus of the bible, who rises from the dead. The name alone implies power and strength. A person who possesses the ability to overcome the ultimate demise can overcome anything.
    Lady Lazarus possesses the ability to not simply overcome death once, but multiple times. She says, “I have done it again./ One year in every ten/ I manage it --” (Plath ).  She taunts her oppressors by showing them how many times she can manage to cheat death. She shows them how powerful she is, by her ability to repeatedly come back from the dead...]

I always feel redundant when I do these papers. The information seems so ...bleah. Anyway, Zicam leaves stuff in your nose when it dries. It's so annoying. Oh and yes I'm sick now. It sucks.

I have written a total of 3 paragraphs. HOW wonderful.

Wait. Elliott Yamin has an album out?? He's on Regis and Kelly right now. It's ok.  Was he on the Carrie Underwood season???? I don't remember where half of these people come from anymore.

HIS TEETH!!! That's it. I was wondering what happened. He used to have a jacked up smile, he was still cute but those were the facts. He's got that fixed now and he's still cute. SO good stuff. It didn't sound bad, which is the important part.

WTF Josh Gracin is on tomorrow. He was one of those "Country" singers. EWWW. I hate country music. I really do.

I can tell that today is gonna be one of those days. I just feel crappy. I need tea.

Seriously. I get it. Her leg might fall off. I really don't find this show that interesting. If I do watch it'll be to see Apolo Anton Ohno. SPELLING??  Lol. I vaguely remember being obsessed with him during the winter olympics. I do that with ever major sporting event. Except the World Cup...Italy and the USA by default.

Why Italy? Because my favorite player of all time is Fabio Cannavaro. BEFORE he won the world cup and all of the awards. I'm talking Parma days. Not Napoli cuz I was too young lol.

I have an eye appointment today. I think I'm gonna just get my frames from Wal-Mart. I had planned on getting some from the store next to the doctor but no. They're only for back-up. I wear contacts. That picture of me has glasses, but that's because I lost my digital camera and those are the only pics I have.

I'm hungry....braarrar  but I hate eating in the morning.

I'm so bitchy. Truly. It's that damn Sylvia Plath paper. I'm so over it.

I have this paper due. Next Wednesday. I'm fresh out of ideas. That Sylvia Plath is killing me. ehh wrong choice of words I suppose.

My momma is going to a show tonight. It's a play about something. I'm not sure what and for that mater neither is she. It's about relationships I assume. That's what the flyer seems to signify.

Back to Plath. I'm doing my paper on Lady Lazarus. It's about male domination in society and how Plath struggled with it. The poem references a number of different male figures whom she seems to detest. In the end she says that she eats men like air, or something like.

I'm just being lazy as you can see. I know stuff I'm just not sure how to get out of the introduction.

I think I'm gonna start using this more often. I've signed up for the beta. I was a beta tester to begin with, but umm school takes over everything.

I'm on spring break now as a matter of fact. Doesn't matter, I'm just gonna spend it doing this paper. My brothers aren't out so at least I won't be bothered with them.

 That would be a good place to start. I took a year off of school. Nothing to bad happened. I just didn't have transportation. The storm (Katrina) didn't help matters either. My mom lost 1 of her jobs, which means she lost her disposable income, which meant she couldn't get a new car, which meant I couldn't get her old one.

No matters at the moment. I actually feel good and stable. I may not have my license but I don't stress over it like I used to. It was pretty touch and go there for a minute. It sounds stupid, but if you had went through this last year feeling like I felt, you'd understand. I felt trapped. Still kinda do, but having work to do and something to do in general helps.

I don't wanna dwell on something that I feel that I'm over.

UFC. Matt Hughes - B.J. Penn main event. The other matches are nothing to scoff at either. Anyway, I'm more concerned about after this particular match up since the one I really wanna see is Georges St. Pierre vs. Matt Hughes...assuming Hughes wins of course, which I believe he will.

And....for the finale...I'm still trying to figure out exactly how everything works. lol sooo...here comes the testing portion of this entry.
